Our products are covered for manufacturing faults. If you experience a fault, or have a problem, please contact us via our contact page.
You will need your invoice number, product description and description of the fault.
We will then contact you with options for repair, replacement or refund.
At our discretion we will offer repair, exchange or refund of the item. We work on case by case basis and work to provide a fair solution to both parties.
All electronic game boards and mulitgame boards are covered by a 90 day warranty.
