All prices shown are in Australian Dollars.

Can I pickup my order from your office?

No, the only items available for collection are our arcade game cabinets, due to the inability to ship these locally. We are happy to provide viewing/testing of the units at a pre-arranged time.
Perth metro customers can take advantage of our flat rate shipping for up to 15Kg at only $8.95. Selectable on the shipping drop down menu.

Do you ship express to PO Boxes

Unfortuantely due to changes to StarTrack policy we can no longer ship StarTrack to PO Box Addresses. All PO Box orders will go via Australia Post.

When will my order ship?

We aim for same day dispatch, but as generally within 24 hours of recieving payment. Payments need to clear before any goods are dispatched.

How long before I get my order?

For general orders we ship using Australia Air Express which usually take 1-3 days, usually overnight, depending on destination.
We use Australia Post Registered + Insurance for the high value items, this takes 3~7 working days, depending on destination.

Do I need to be there to recieve the delivery?

Its ideal that someone is at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. However all our parcels have "Authority to leave at premises", so goods are left at the door.

How much will postage cost?

Postage cost is dependent on weight and location. Our store will calculate the shipping price.
You can get use the "Get Shipping Quote For This Order " before checkout to confirm costs.

How do I track my shipment?

A tracking number and tracking link will be included on the emailed invoice once the order is complete.

Where do you ship to?

Australia wide and New Zealand only.

What payment methods do you accept?
 
EFT Bank deposit.  
Credit card (Visa/Mastercard) through our secure gateway link.
Credit Card via Phone, please call 1300 267 074 our Biller ID: 421966, use your invoice number for reference.

International bank transactions incurr a $20 bank fee, please incude this amount in your transaction.
